Book intro call

I previously worked in London for 9 years as a Sales Director for independent brands, such as Vilshenko and Marques Almeida, and also managed territory distribution in a multi-brand showroom such as Rainbowwave .

What I do

  • provide consultancy services for fashion and jewellery brands on a workshop basis (in person/virtually)

  • implement long-term strategies that lead to increased profitability and multichannel turnover

  • identify new markets for expansion

  • identify the best production cycle, collection launches and drops, points of sale, B2C and B2B sales

  • conduct pricing reviews to identify the best pricing architecture for B2C and B2B

  • conduct business model reviews to structure your business and reach your target customers

  • develop wholesale models, and identify potential distribution and wholesale partners

Specialising in luxury and contemporary fashion, I work closely with brands to review collections and business strategies, as well as deliver insights to successfully launch and grow the business, while keeping the brand integrity and sales targets in mind.

Rainbowwave Showroom

2013 – 2016 / 2021 - 2022

Rainbowwave Showroom is a leading multi-brand agency with showrooms in NYC, London, Paris and more recently, Milan, currently representing such brands as Jonathan Simkhai, Caravana, Missoma, Extreme Cashmere etc. I was responsible for all the categories of brand with the newly launched home department expansion into Eastern Europe and CIS countries

Eastpak

2018 – 2019

As a Sales Manager for Eastpak, my role was to support and grow the travel category as well as assist in launching the Eastpak womenswear line in the UK. I worked directly with the Brand Manager and Sales Director to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets. My accounts grew over £2 million in yearly revenue with a +28% increase.

Marques Almeida

2016–2017

2015 LVMH finalists, Portuguese duo Marta Marques and Paulo Almeida founded a brand that is about empowering women and attitude, showing at London Fashion Week.

In 2016, we took the brand to more than 150 stockists worldwide, managing all the sales in-house and delivering in-person brand training to stores in Japan, Germany and the UK.

Outside of work, I’m a mother of two girls, and speak three languages at home: Russian, Portuguese and English. We like to bake, paint nails and faces, and go for a swim on Saturdays. I’m also a huge fan of circular economy and I spend my (very little) spare time researching upcycling, rental and peer-to-peer swap business models in fashion.
